Troy Haley Named BWC Administrator

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee appointed Troy Haley to serve as administrator of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation after Abbie Hudgens retires next month. The governor also announced two appointments to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Haley is currently director of legal services for the BWC. He has worked for the agency in various roles since 2007, including as a workers’ compensation specialist, legislative liaison and administrator’s designee.
