2nd DCA Won't Revive Actress' Civil Claims for On-Set Accident

The civil claims filed by Hollywood actress Paz de la Huerta in connection with her alleged injuries from an on-set accident while filming the horror movie “Nurse 3D” will not be coming back from the dead.
