Sapiens Acquires Technology Provider Adaptik

Sapiens International Corp., a provider of software services for the insurance industry, has entered into an agreement to acquire Adaptik. The move will allow Sapiens to provide North American property and casualty carriers with an enhanced digital platform, the company said in a news release.
