Facts and procedural history: Cindy Franta worked as an elementary school teacher for Columbus City Schools. She injured her back in 2010 when she fell out of a chair at work.
The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation allowed Franta’s claim for benefits for a lumbar sprain, aggravation of preexisting degenerative disc disease, radiculopathy, depression and anxiety.
