DWC Puts QME on Probation following Medical Board Discipline

The Division of Workers' Compensation placed on probation until 2020 a qualified medical examiner who was disciplined by the Medical Board of California for failure to maintain accurate records of prescriptions and having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a patient. The Medical Board, in an order dated Oct. 15, 2014, placed Dr. Peter J. Bullock on probation for six years and suspended his right to practice medicine for 45 days.
