WC Attorney Barry Evans Dies at Age 90

Barry Frank Evans of Hancock Park, California, an attorney who represented both insurers and applicants during a six-decade long legal career, died on Monday. He was 90 years old. Evans most recently was a partner with attorney Mark Malter representing injured workers, but he spent most of his career representing insurers and self-insured employers.
