Bill Would Require Public Hearing to Review CHSWC Studies

The Commission on Health and Safety and Workers’ Compensation would be required to hold a public hearing on the purpose and design of any study before entering into a contract with a research organization, under terms of a bill introduced Wednesday afternoon.
