Commission Posts Payment Allowance Limits for Medicare Part B Drugs

The South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission has posted payment allowance limits for Medicare Part B drugs that go into effect Wednesday. The payment allowance limits will be in effect through June 30. The list of limits notes that payment limits subject to Medicare’s Average Sales Price methodology are based on ASP data from the fourth quarter of 2014.
