McCrory Signs Comp Rules Bill

North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory has signed legislation that scraps 36 rules adopted last year by the state Industrial Commission and requires the panel to set up a new system for resolving disputes about medical treatment.McCrory signed Senate Bill 174 into law on July 18.
