North American Risk Services Inc., a third-party claims administrator, has hired Randy Wallace as its director of catastrophe and service partnership management.
Wallace will oversee NARS’ organizational response in catastrophic events, and will test capabilities and enhance procedures. Based in the Irving, Texas office, he will lead a catastrophe command center that will house dedicated catastrophe adjusters.
