New Law Prohibits Employers From Refusing to Hire Those Who Test Positive for Pot

Nevada employers in 2020 will not be allowed to refuse to hire job applicants who couldn’t lay off the marijuana long enough to pass a pre-employment drug test. Democrat Gov.
