Annual Nonsubscriber Reports Due Saturday

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that the deadline for employers to opt out of the system is Saturday. Texas law requires employers that do not provide work comp coverage to file a notice of no coverage or notice of termination of coverage. The notice — Form-005, "Employer Notice of No Coverage or Termination of Coverage" — is due each year between Feb. 1 and April 30.
