Jeff Duncan to Lead Liberty Mutual Health Care Operation

Liberty Mutual has appointed Jeff Duncan senior vice president and chief underwriting officer of the company’s operation focused on insuring health care providers. Duncan will report to David Perez, executive vice president and general manager of Liberty Mutual's commercial insurance specialized units. Duncan served most recently as Liberty Mutual’s vice president and chief underwriting officer for specialty custom risk, where he was responsible for developing the insurer's commercial specialty products.
