A Bakersfield, Calif., occupational medicine doctor has pleaded guilty to distributing a controlled substance based on allegations that he prescribed hydrocodone for no legitimate medical purpose, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of California announced.Gonzalo Flores Ruiz, 48, will be sentenced on Dec. 3 before Chief U.S. District Judge Anthony W.
