Random Inspections Reveal 96% of Contractors Are Licensed

A series of random inspections of construction sites revealed that the vast majority of contractors are complying with state licensing and reporting laws, North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem announced.Stenehjem's contractor compliance task force inspected 28 job sites involving 194 contractors in the area in and around Minot, N.D., and found only seven unlicensed contractors.
