The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division has revised its cost-of-living matrix and lowered vocational rehabilitation payments to account for a 1.149% decrease in the state average weekly wage.
The division announced the changes in an Addendum to Bulletin No. 124 published Thursday.
The professional spending limit on vocational rehabilitation training went down slightly, from $17,925 to $17,723 (an approximately 1% decrease). Workers who require an extended training plan can spend up to roughly $23,040.
