The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that it readopted its rules in Chapter 102-166 as part of a requirement to periodically review its regulations.
The division said its review of the rules determined that the reasons for initially adopting them continue to exist.
The readopted rule chapters include:

Chapter 104, General Provisions — Rule-Making.
Chapter 109, Workers’ Compensation Coverage for State Employees.
