A fatal fall in East Boston brought $311,330 in penalties against a Massachusetts contracting company accused of failing to provide workers with fall protection.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited Northeast Framing Inc., based in Lunenburg, Massachusetts, for exposing workers to falls and other hazards following an employee’s fatal fall in May.
