The California Division of Workers’ Compensation announced minimum and maximum temporary total disability rates will not change next year.
The minimum weekly TTD rate will remain $242.86 and the maximum weekly TTD rate will remain $1,619.15 in 2024.
Maximum and minimum rates are adjusted annually based on the percentage increase in the state’s average weekly wage. The average wage declined to $1,642 from $1,651 in the 12-month period ending March 31.
