Despite Plummeting Premiums, State Trapped in 'Judicial Hellhole'

Call it the battle of the national rankings on business friendliness. On the same day last week that Oklahoma's Workers' Compensation Commission chairman sent out a newsletter touting how much the state's comp premiums have dropped in the last few years, a state senator's guest editorial decried another, not-so-rosy national ranking.
