A Southern California multispecialty clinic that treats injured workers on a lien basis opened two new surgery centers in Orange County and said it formed a partnership with the Regional Pain Treatment Medical Center.With the opening of clinics in Pico Rivera and Santa Ana, Doctors on Liens Inc. will have five offices in Southern California.
