Injured workers who have received a Supplemental Job Displacement Benefit voucher for an injury occurring on or after Jan. 1, 2013, would be eligible for a payment of $5,000 from the special $120 million fund created by Senate Bill 863, under proposed rules published Friday by the California Department of Industrial Relations.
