Rules Change Would Allow Return-to-Work Pilot Projects

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division has proposed rules that would give its director authority to launch pilot return-to-work programs.The proposed change to Oregon Administrative Rule 436-110 contains no specific project, stating simply that the division "may develop one or more pilot projects to test alternatives to the current system of reemployment of preferred workers."
