School Teacher Charged With Fraud

The Connecticut Division of Criminal Justice announced that a New Haven teacher has been charged with illegally collecting $16,053 in workers’ compensation benefits. Pamela Reichbart, 59, sustained a head injury on Oct. 3, 2019, while working as a special education teacher. She was placed on temporary total disability and received medical and indemnity benefits through the city’s third-party administrator.
