VWCC Begins pilot Project for Change-in-Condition Claims

The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission has posted notice that it has begun a Change in Condition Pilot Project regarding certain change-in-condition claims. The commission said the purpose of the project is to more efficiently assist parties in the resolution of change-in-condition claim and to expedite claims processing. The pilot project began on March 16.
