Department Posts Update to Fee Schedule With COVID-19 Testing Codes

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry has released an update to the workers' compensation fee schedule to include new coronavirus testing codes. The five new Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes and Health Care Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes are for COVID-19 testing for physician services, home health and outpatient services, as defined by Medicare Part B, the department said in a memo posted this week.
