The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has extended the date by which employers must electronically report injury and illness data through the agency’s injury-tracking application, to Dec. 15.
The two-week extension is intended to give employers more time to become familiar with the new electronic reporting system, which was introduced on Aug. 1, OSHA said in a news release.
