The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California will release its seventh annual state of the system report and host a free webinar discussion of the latest trends in the state's comp system on July 14.
Most of the historical data predates the COVID-19 pandemic, the WCIRB said. However, bureau actuaries will explain how the pandemic and stay-at-home orders will likely affect premium levels, claim frequency and severity in 2020.
