Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired the Regency Group, a wholesale insurance broker and program administrator based in East Lansing, Michigan.
Terms of the transaction, announced on Tuesday, were not disclosed.
Established in 1981, Regency Group provides workers’ compensation programs for its independent retail insurance broker clients throughout Michigan. The customized programs are geared toward group and self-insured employers.
