A judge approved the request by former California state senator Ron Calderon to serve his 42-month sentence in Lompoc, but federal inmate records show Calderon is currently being housed in a minimum-security satellite camp in Tucson, Arizona.
His brother, former state assemblyman Tom Calderon, is serving a six-month prison stint at the federal penitentiary in Lompoc.
