Benchmark Study Seeks Views of Front-Line Claims Staff

The annual Workers’ Compensation Benchmarking survey is now underway and, for the first time in its seven-year history, will seek responses from front-line claims professionals rather than claims executives. Survey questions will be similar to those in past years.
