State Argues Trial Court Lacks Jurisdiction to Hear Lien Challenge

As California's workers' compensation professionals await a federal appellate court decision on a constitutional challenge to the lien-activation fee created by Senate Bill 863, the Attorney General's Office is defending the state against another challenge to the lien provisions it says was filed in the wrong court.
