DWC to Hold Public Hearing on Proposed COVID-19 Update to MTUS

The Division of Workers’ Compensation will hold a public hearing next month to discuss a proposed COVID-19-related update to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule, according to a news release. The proposed update is based on the latest guidelines from the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, which were published Dec. 14.
