Bills Advance on Workers' IME Rights, Enforcing Comp Laws

Two workers' compensation bills are inching closer to final floor votes after passing in their originating chambers.  The bills, which concern workers' compensation law enforcement and workers' rights regarding independent medical exams, gained committee approval Tuesday. The measures now advance to other committees. The bills, and their progress, are as follows: House Bill 1208, by Rep.
