DWC Proposes 16.7% Increase in Copy Service Flat Fee

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation posted to its online forum proposed amendments to the Copy Service Fee Schedule that would increase the flat rate 16.7%, to $210 from $180. At the same time, the division said the proposed rules would disallow payment for retrieving records from the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau or the Employment Development Department.
