House Republicans Revive Proposals for Formulary, Medicare-Based Fee Schedule

Republicans in the Illinois House of Representatives are using the 10-day special session, called by the governor to get a budget passed, to take another run at overhauling the state’s workers’ compensation system with a Medicare-based fee schedule and drug formulary.
