Labor Department Sets May 11 Hearing on Fee Schedule

The Montana Department of Labor and Industry is holding a public hearing at 10 a.m. May 11 to discuss proposed changes to the Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Schedules. Written comments will be accepted through 5 p.m. on May 17. Comments can be sent by email to celeste.ackerman@mt.gov.
