Governor Signs Comp Bills

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore enacted bills that would limit when special benefits paid to firefighters can offset work comp obligations, allow garnishing up to a quarter of indemnity benefits to cover unpaid child support and allow coverage for hernias resulting from repetitive trauma.
