The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission is seeking comments on potential revisions to its medical fee schedule as it begins the process of reviewing and drafting proposed updates.
The commission is working to update the fee schedule for 2024. The fee schedule was last amended in May 2022.
The WCC said comments must be submitted by email to okfeedback@fairhealth.org.
The commission said there will be an additional comment period after draft updates are finalized but before they’re adopted.
