Bills Would Create Appeals Court for WC, Family Issues

Trump has entered the debate over how workers' compensation claims should be handled in West Virginia. In this case, it's state Sen. Charles Trump, R-Berkeley Springs, who has introduced a bill that would set up an appeals court for workers' comp and family court cases.
