Commission Makes Changes to Forms

The South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission announced Thursday that it has changed several of its forms and will require their use with all pleadings submitted starting March 1. On Form 50, the commission changed Section 9a to determine if a claimant is at maximum medical improvement and subject to mandatory mediation. The new section must be completed, or the form will be returned. The commission eliminated Sections 13a and 13b on Form 50.
