Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear has appointed a chiropractor and Democratic party official to the board of directors for the state's largest workers' compensation insurance carrier.
Rodney Casada, chairman of the Democratic Party in Pulaski County in southeast Kentucky and a former candidate for county office, was named last week to the board for Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance, according to a local news report and a news release from the governor.
