Supreme Court Won't Disturb Decisions on Skin Condition, Travel Injury

The California Supreme Court will not be disturbing a recent Court of Appeal decisions on the compensability of a worker’s injuries when traveling between job sites, nor a second case denying benefits to worker for a skin condition caused by sun exposure.
