OSHA Cites US Environmental for Alleged Confined-Space Hazards

US Environmental Inc. in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, is facing proposed federal penalties of $333,756 for alleged safety violations. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited the company for 12  alleged violations, including willfully exposing workers to confined space and fall hazards.
