Man Pleads Guilty to Stealing from BWC, Ordered to Pay Restitution in lieu of Jail Time

A Trumbull County man pleaded guilty to double-dipping and was ordered to repay $23,000 in restitution, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation's Special Investigation Department announced.
