Employer Must Pay for Injection Recommended by Doctor

The Utah Court of Appeals upheld an order for an employer to pay for an injection that a doctor recommended as part of a worker’s treatment. Leticia Rueda Vargas injured her knee while working for Hospital Housekeeping Systems in May 2017. She was initially diagnosed with a contusion, and later, an infected patellar bursa.
