Zenith Buying Small Office Building Adjacent to its Headquarters

Zenith Insurance Co. reported Friday that it has entered into an agreement to buy a one-story office building adjacent to its headquarters in Woodland, Hills, Calif.The insurer filed a form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission reporting that it has agreed to pay $12.5 million for the  building from GRE Warner Califa. Zenith now leases the building from GRE Warner. Zenith now leases 8,667 square feet of the building.Zenith said closing is scheduled for July 8, subject to the usual conditions in real-estate transactions.Source: Zenith ...
