Division: Legislative Session Will Help Determine if Attorney Fees are Revisited

AUSTIN, Texas – From the Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation’s standpoint, one of last spring and summer’s most hotly debated issues – the cap on attorneys’ fees – is now on the shelf.
