Users Push for Tighter MTUS Rules

Attorneys, payers and providers are asking the California Division of Workers’ Compensation to remove what they see as ambiguities in proposed rules that outline how to evaluate the best available research to support a treatment request when guidelines are silent or have been rebutted.
