High Court Declines to Review Dispute Over Continued Medical Care

The Oklahoma Supreme Court last week declined an invitation to review an appellate court decision holding that the Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims can review issues involving continuing medical maintenance at any time. The high court on Tuesday unanimously denied a petition for certiorari in which QuikTrip Corp. argued that the Court of Civil Appeals Division 2 decision conflicts with decisions of Division 3.
